O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the Respondent to file the final report in connection with the case in Crime No.159 of 2016 pending on the file of the Respondent police within the time limit.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner represents that as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2062 of 2016, a case was registered in Crime No.159 of 2016, for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 506(i) of IPC on 16.03.2016, but till now there was no progress in the investigation. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition.

two months time to file the final report.

5.Considering the date of registration of the case and the nature of offences, this Court issues the following directions:- "The respondent is directed to file final report in Crime No.159 of 2016, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
