Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C to direct the 1st respondent to file a final report in Crime No.377/2015 which was transferred from the 2nd respondent herein within the time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.R.Meenakshi Sundaram, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Petitioners and of Thiru.K.Sudalaiyandi, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order:
This Petition has been filed to extend the time limit for a further period of six months in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18992 of 2019, dated 21.12.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that now only 7 Shop Managers of Pawn Brokers, workers and appraiser in and around of Panagudi, Vallioor and Tirunelveli were examined and one clue was elicited from them, hence he seeks further period of six months time to complete the investigation and to file a final report before the competent Court.
3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.10966 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18992 of 2019, dated 10.12.2021 is extended for further period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
