Alleging non-compliance of the order dated 22.11.2019, made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13145 of 2018, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, dated 22.11.2019, in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13145 of 2018, the respondent police had completed the investigation in Crime No.1 of 2017 and submitted the final report before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Trichy, and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.712 of 2020.
