ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner has given representation dated 28.08.2023 before the third respondent. In fact, the District Revenue Officer, Ramanathapuram had sent memorandum dated 23.11.2023 calling upon the third respondent herein to take further action in the matter. 3.The petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent on 12.04.2023 at 03.00 p.m. The petitioner shall place all the materials in his favour. Thereafter, the third respondent shall pass on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The third respondent will issue notice to the interested persons if any. 2/4

4. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
