ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the FIR based on that complaint dated 26.09.2015 lodged by the petitioner.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the respondent police has closed the petition.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the complainant within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
