O R D E R

The petitioner herein has filed this petition and praying the relief of direction directing the second respondent and their subordinates not to interfere in the civil dispute which is having by the petitioners with the respondents 3 to 5. 2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, C.S.R.No.244 of 2020 was assigned and thereafter, neither the petitioner nor the respondents 3 to 5 are not appeared before the second respondent. He would further submit that since the dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 are civil in nature, the respondent police undertakes that they shall not interfere in the said dispute.
