Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner alleges that his property has been eroneously described in the property tax register. Seeking correction, the petitioner gave a representation on 23.02.2023.

3. The respondent is directed to look into the said representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
