The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel in Crime No.31 of 2014, pending investigation on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, the case in Crime No. 31 of 2014 is closed as 'mistake of fact' on 27.01.2014.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) handed over the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
