ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second Respondent to conduct the enquiry and dispose the complaint dated 26.02.2026 within the time as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint dated 26.02.2026 as against the 3rd and 4th respondents to the second respondent police. The said complaint was not attended by the second respondent police and hence this writ petition is filed.

3. Learned Government Advocate submitted that two complaints have been received, one from the petitioner as against the respondents 3 and 4 and another complaint by the respondents as against the petitioner. Two CSRs in CSR No.88 and 89 of 2026 have been issued and enquiry is ongoing in both the complaints.

4. Heard either sides and carefully perused the materials available in record.

5. In view of the submissions, the second respondent police is directed to conclude the enquiry as expeditiously as possible within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and further directed to appraise the progress in the investigation to the first respondent. The first respondent is directed to monitor the ongoing investigation by the second respondent.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
