Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioners in Crime No.750 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioners in Crime No.750 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that two previous cases are pending against the second petitioner in Crime Nos.750 of 2018 and 140 of 2018. Therefore, this petition is not maintainable insofar as the second petitioner is concerned.

3. The First petitioner is the father of the second petitioner and he has also been called for enquiry by the respondent police with regard to the pending First Information Reports. It is made clear that if the respondent police wants to enquire first petitioner regarding the pending case, he shall be issued summons and thereafter enquired.

4. The Criminal Original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
