Respondent Common Prayer: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the respondent office pertaining to the impugned order, dated 21.05.2020 passed by the respondent in his Na.Ka.C.V.6/204/2020 and quash it as illegal. For Petitioner(in both cases : Mr.R.Varatharajan For Respondent : Mr.H.Arumugam Standing Counsel (in both cases) COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed to quash the impugned order passed by the respondent.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent in both cases.

3.In these Writ Petitions, the respondent had issued demand notice to the petitioner without even issuing any show cause notice. However, it is informed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent that the Managing Director of M/s.TASMAC has issued a circular, dated 22.06.2020 recalling the decision to issue demand notice and has decided to issue show cause notice to all the concerned persons.

W.P(MD)Nos.7217 and 7268 of 2020 4.In the light of the above submission, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners in both cases to workout their remedy in accordance with law against fresh proceedings.
