ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to commence the investigation and file final report in Crime No.38 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Theni.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that a petition was filed before this Court to quash FIR in Crime No.38 of 2015 and this Court has granted interim stay and the said petition is pending.

4.In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
