ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to not to interfere with civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent and not to harass the petitioner under the guise of investigation on the complaint given by the third respondent.

2. According to the petitioner, there is a dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent in respect of purchase of Car bearing Registration No.TN 74 AR 0248 and money dispute also pending between them. Thereby, the third respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner before the second respondent for money dispute. The first respondent interfering with the civil dispute and called the petitioner frequently for enquiry and the petitioner also sent a representation, dated 12.03.2025 and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the 2/5

third respondent, the first respondent is conducting enquiry and they will complete the enquiry within 15 days.

Since the prayer of the petitioner is to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute and the first respondent also admitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent enquiry is pending, it is for the second respondent to complete the enquiry in accordance with law.

5. In view of the same, this Court directs the first respondent to transfer the pending complaint from the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dindigul rural for enquiry to the second respondent, in turn, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within 15 days from the date of this order.
