Mr.Prahalad Ravi, learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly brings to my notice that though the Advocate Commissioner was directed to file a report within a stipulated time, there was an inordinate delay and as on date, the report is filed as directed by this Court. Therefore, he does not intend to pursue this Contempt Petition any further.
