ORDER
The Writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 3 to take necessary criminal proceedings on the complaint dated 11.02.2015 given by the 2nd respondent.
2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent has registered a case in Crime No.356 of 2015 on 08.08.2015 based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.02.2015.
3.In view of the same, there is no need to issue any direction to the respondents except recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 4.Accordingly, the Writ petition is closed.
