RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.3982 of 2022 dt.18/03/2022 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ILLANCHEZIAN V, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.3982/2022, dated 18.03.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. He would further submit that the investigation is pending.

4.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in 15 days (i.e, on every first week and third week of Monday) at 10.00 a.m, until further orders. 5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
