This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 1785 of 2017 on the file of the 3rd respondent and entrust the same to the 4th respondent herein.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsel are present. The learned Counsel for State of TN(Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that third respondent has filed a status report. As per the status report, already the case has been closed and RCS notice was also served and the matter is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate-IV, Madurai for further proceedings.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
