Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to constitute a District Police Complaints authority as per G.O.(Ms) No.643 dated 14.11.2019 and to conduct enquiry upon the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.06.2020 regarding the serious misconduct committed by the 4th respondent.

ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to constitute a District Police Complaints authority as per G.O.(Ms)No.643 dated 14.11.2019 and to conduct enquiry upon the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.06.2020, regarding the serious misconduct committed by the 4th respondent.
2.The main contention of the writ petitioner is that some hooligans created a problem in the Hotel, run by the petitioner. In respect of which, he gave a complaint dated 22.06.2020. However, the same has not been enquired. On the other hand, the fourth respondent is also supporting the hooligans. Therefore, the 1/3
petitioner sought to constitute District Police Complaints Authority.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the complaint dated 22.06.2020 filed by the petitioner is pending in CSR.No.254/2020 and the same has not been enquired, due to the pendency of the Writ Petition. Now, they will enquire the same, within a period of 15 days.
4.In such view of the matter, no further order is required in this Writ Petition and the complaint pending in CSR No.254/2020 shall be enquired as per law, within a period of 15 days from today (01.03.2022).
5.With this observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
