This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to conduct the enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the respondent police registered an F.I.R. in Crime No.1201 of 2016, based on the complaint given by the petitioner. Thereafter, on investigation, the respondent police found that no offence has been made out and therefore, a closure report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, No.I. Tirunelveli.
