Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to direct the first respondent herein to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the peaceful conduct of street vending business of the petitioner of selling sugarcane juice at his street vending place i.e opposite to Manickam Towers, Palayamkottai Road, Thoothukudi on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 03.11.2016 and also direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry.

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent herein to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the peaceful conduct of street vending business of the petitioner and also direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police called the petitioner for enquiry and the respondent police did not cause harassment to the petitioner.
