This petition has been filed to directing the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation in pursuant to the receipt in CSR No. 759/2021, dated 30.12.2021 within a stipulated period as framed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent police and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and dispose of the same, within a peirod of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
