ORDER
The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to dispose of his appeal dated 11.03.2024 pending with the first respondent.
2. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage.
3. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
4. The petitioner, challenging the order of the second respondent, has preferred an appeal before the first respondent on 11.03.2024. The petitioner has given representations on 21.03.2024 and 11.02.2025 seeking early hearing.

5.In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to hear the appeal on merits and in according with law, after affording an opportunity to all the interested parties and pass final orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
