Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondent to take necessary action against the 3rd respondent for non-implementation order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 30.04.2020 bearing Na.Ka.No.2637/2019/Thova and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service in the 3rd respondent's society as per order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 30.04.2020 bearing Na.Ka.No.2637/2019/Thova.

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner was working as Computer Assistant with the 3rd respondent Society and was removed from service without notice on 14.03.2020. Under these circumstances, the petitioner sent a representation with the 2nd respondent and by a letter dated 30.04.2020, the 2nd respondent has directed the 3rd respondent to absorb the petitioner back to the service of the 3rd respondent. However, since, the 3rd respondent has not acted till date, the petitioner had sent representations dated 05.05.2020 and 18.05.2020, which also not yielded any response from the 3rd respondent. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

W.P.(MD) No.7237 of 2020 3.In view of the fact that the petitioner sent representations dated 05.05.2020 and 18.05.2020, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the said representations of the petitioner in the light of the order dated 30.04.2020 of the 2nd respondent and pass orders, within a period of 15 days from today.

4.This writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
