No.686 of 2017 under Section 420 of IPC on the file of respondent No.3 dated 07.05.2017 and entrust the same to respondent No.2 for an investigation of the case by a Competent Officer and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court.

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.1 to withdraw the case in Crime. No.686 of 2017 under Section 420 of IPC on the file of respondent No.3 dated 07.05.2017 and entrust the same to respondent No.2 for an investigation of the case by a Competent Officer and file a final report before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Jurisdictional Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that after completion of enquiry, final report has been filed as ''action dropped'' on 28.06.2017 and since the copy of the closure report has not been served on the petitioner, the same is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

6. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
