Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to G.O.(2D)No.20 of Transport (D) Department, dated 31.12.2013 issued by the 1st respondent and consequential order made in No.0036/HRD1/TNSTC/TNV/2011, dated 31.12.2013 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to settle the entire terminal and pensionary benefits with interest at the rate of 12% from 31.12.2013 till the date of payment.
