This petition is filed to direct the first respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is harassed by the respondent police.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that petition enquiry is pending pursuant to the complaint given by the second respondent and there is no harassment. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would further undertake that even if the presence of the petitioner is required, the first respondent would issue summons to him and without issuance of summons, he would not be called.

5. Recording the said undertaking, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
