This petition is filed to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.249 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent police station within the time limit that may be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that a final report would be filed within a period of four weeks.
