ORDER

The present writ petition is being filed challenging the possession notice issued under Rule - 8(1) of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. The said notice was issued on 06.10.2021. 2.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is ready for one time settlement (OTS) based upon his representation dated 06.10.2021.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent bank submitted that OTS proposal was breached by the writ petitioner twice, despite being extended on two occasions.

We do not find any merits in the Writ Petition. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition would not survive.
