ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner / sole accused, who was arrested on 10.06.2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 448 and 302 of I.P.C., in Crime No.418 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 19.04.2013 at 22.30 hours, the petitioner said to have murdered one Lakshmi and he was arrested on 20.04.2013. Thereafter, he was enlarged on bail and on 17.02.2015, Non Bailable Warrant was issued against him and the same was executed on 10.06.2016.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and the petitioner is in judicial custody from 10.06.2016.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy vide H.S.No.7 of 2013 and he has involved in several cases.

5. Taking note of the fact that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy and he has involved in several cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
