ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report pertaining to the case in Crime No.32 of 2015 dated 31.12.2015 under Sections 498(A), 323 of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires four months time to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.32 of 2015..

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.32 of 2015, before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court concerned within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
