This petition is filed seeking a direction to the the respondent herein not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has given a complaint against the defacto complainant, the respondent police has not taken any action against the same. He further submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the petitioner is compelled to hand over huge quantity of gold jewels worth about several lakhs unnecessarily.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that there is no harassment in this case and the petitioner would not be called for enquiry without issuing summons and there would not be any harassment to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
