This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 733 days in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal as against the award and decree made in M.C.O.P.No.80 of 2015, dated 15.2.2022 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal,Pudukkottai.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this Petition.

3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
