The petitioner has sought for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to issue separate patta to the petitioner in terms of the partition deed dated 07.05.2018. The petitioner has applied for such purpose on 12.02.2025 and even earlier has issued communication on 29.01.2025, for rectification of mistakes and for issuance of separate patta to the petitioner. 2.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent to consider and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 12.02.2025, within a period of four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
