Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PRAYER :- This Petition is filed Under Sec.439(i)(c) of Cr.P.C, to modify the condition passed in Crl.MP.No.396 of 2020, dated 18.6.2020 on the file of the Learned Principal District and Sessions, Dindigul in so for as in condition No.2 that the Petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) a non refundable compensation to the Dean, Government Head Quarters Hospital, Dindigul for Corona Relief Fund on or before 03.07.2020 without fail without prejudice to his rights failing which the bail shall stands cancelled automatically alone is concerned.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition order dated 18.6.2020 in Crl.MP.No.396 of 2020 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions, Dindigul in so for as in condition No.2 that the Petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand Only).

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that by order, dated 18.06.2020 in Crl.M.P. No. 396 of 2020 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dindigul, directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/-as non-refundable compensation in favour of the Dean, Government Head Quarters Hospital, Dindigul for Corona Relief Fund on or before 03.07.2020.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate ( Criminal Side).

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and the gravity of the offence, this Criminal Original Petition is liable to be dismissed.

5. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/-each, as non-refundable compensation in favour of the Dean, Government Head Quarters Hospital, Dindigul for 'Corona Relief Fund', within a period of Two weeks, from today.
