Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to the case in C.C.No.259 of 2007 on the file of the Judicial magistrate, Melur, Madurai District, and quash the same.

ORDER

This petition has been filed by A2, challenging the final report filed in C.C.No.259 of 2007.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the trial has commenced and all the witnesses have been examined, except the Investigation Officer.

3.In view of the above development, this Court at this stage is not inclined to proceed further in this quash petition. It is left open to the petitioner to raise all the grounds raised in this quash petition, before the Court below. There shall be a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, to dispose of C.C.No.259 of 2007 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
