Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the Principal Special Court for EC & NDPS Act Cases, Madurai in C.C.No.185 of 2022 to dispose the case within stipulated time by this Court.

ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time" and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 12.07.2022, and the requisition letter submitted by the Judge, I Additional Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under NDPS Act Madurai (FAC) in D.No.48, dated 18.02.2023,seeking further extension of 3 months time for dispose of the case in C.C.No.185 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Special Court for EC & NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.185 of 2022. 2.This Court, by order, dated 12.07.2022 directed the Court below to dispose of C.C.No.185 of 2022 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the Court below seeks further three months time to dispose of the said case.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in C.C.No.185 of 2022 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
