ORDER

The petitioners have filed this Writ Petition seeking for a Mandamus to direct the first respondent to pass final orders in pursuance to the show-cause notice dated 09.11.2023.

2. Heard Mr.S.Louis, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.T.Cibi Chakraboorthy, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 2 and 3. 2/5

3. Mr.S.Louis, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in response to the above show cause notice, the petitioner has submitted his reply. However, no further orders have been passed so far.

4. To file this writ petition under such circumstances is a prematured one and hence not maintainable.

5. In the light of the above, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
