This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No. 152 of 2013, under Section 363 of I.P.C., on the file of the first respondent police. 2.Today, when the petition came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that in the above referred First Information Report i.e., Crime No.152 of 2013, after completing the investigation, on 15.05.2013 itself, final report has been filed by the first respondent before the Jurisdictional Magistrate as "Action Dropped". He would further submit that as of now, no such First Information Report is in existence.

3.The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.
