PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb and thus protecting and restoring her right to visit the first item of suit schedule property comprised in S.No.110/1, Plot No.245 Door.No.7/239 "Ayyanan Agam" till the disposal of the final decree proceedings in O.S.No.243 of 2015 on the file of the VI Additional District Court, Madurai and consider the petitioner's representation, dated 11.04.2022. This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb and thus protecting and restoring her right to visit the first item of suit schedule property comprised in S.No.110/1, Plot No.245 Door.No.7/239 "Ayyanan Agam" till the disposal of the final decree proceedings in O.S.No.243 of 2015 on the file of the VI Additional District Court, Madurai and consider the petitioner's representation, dated 11.04.2022. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint and the same is still pending.
