ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry without following due process of law and on the bais of representation dated 03.11.2016 given by the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry and interfered in the civil dispute.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner. He would further submit that the respondents Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.

5.In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, there is no scope for harassment. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
