Taking into consideration the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay of 436 days in representing the above Writ Appeal is condoned on condition that the petitioners pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only), to the Curator, Gandhi Museum, Madurai, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and file a copy of the Receipt and Memo to that effect before the Registry.
