ORDER : The Court made the following order :- On perusal of the records it is seen that this Court has already granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD). NO. 8131 of 2022, by order dated 06.08.2022, but, the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court within the time stipulated by this Court and filed the present 2nd anticipatory bail petition.

2.Since the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail earlier, the second anticipatory bail may not lie. If the time lapsed, the petitioner has to file a petition for extension of time. The petitioner is at liberty to file a proper petition seeking extension of time.

3.With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
