This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to take necessary action on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.03.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they have received the complaint from the petitioner and assigned C.S.R.No.172 of 2025. They issued summon to both the parties and fixed enquiry today i.e. 20.03.2025. However, they will complete the enquiry within one week.

3. Recording the above said submission of the respondents, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of the order.

4. With the above said observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
