This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that under the guise of enquiry, the petitioners are compelled to hand over huge quantity of gold jewels and several lakhs of money unnecessarily.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioners would never be called upon for enquiry without issuing any summons and there will not be any harassment.

5. Recording the undertaking, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
