2.By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

3.The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider Petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2018 and to issue N.O.C. in order to get patta from the Revenue Authority for the property situated in Sirumalai Pudur Revenue Village, Checkupuli Kadu, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District in Survey No.695/1.

4.Considering the limited scope of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, I direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.04.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.
