Prayer in C.R.P.(MD).No.SR49159 of 2018 : This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed under Section 115 of Code of Civil Procedure, to set aside the fair order and decreetal order made in I.A.No.234 of 2014 in O.S.No.49 of 2008 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Nagercoil, dated 23.02.2015 and allow the Civil Revision Petition.
