: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 25.07.2017, 22.11.2017 and 19.04.2018 respectively and consequently direct the second respondent to survey his land by fixing the boundary and to grant separate Patta to his land in Survey Nos.43/2 situated at Thullukutti Nayakanur, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

3.The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus, to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 25.07.2017, 22.11.2017 and 19.04.2018 respectively and consequently direct the second respondent to survey his land by fixing the boundary and to grant separate Patta to his land in Survey Nos.43/2 situated at Thullukutti Nayakanur, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District within the time frame fixed by this Court.

4.Considering the limited scope of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, I direct the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 25.07.2017, 22.11.2017 and 19.04.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by giving opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as persons concerned.
