ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 14.07.2014 and to take action against foisting false case against petitioner's son by respondents 2 and 3.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner is the father of Karthik, alleging that enormous false cases running up to 24 cases has been foisted against his son based upon a single confession in one case. The petitioner has given a representation to the first respondent on 14.07.2014. In the said representation, the petitioner has sought for appropriate action to be taken against respondent Nos.2 and 3. Since, no order has been passed against the pending representation, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition.

4. Without going into the merits of the case, respondent No.1 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.07.2014 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
