Uthayakumar, Advocate for the 2nd respondent and this Court made the following order: This petition is filed seeking restoration of Crl.O.P(MD)No.713 of 2021, which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 19.02.2021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he requested his friend to represent the case and when the matter is called in the court unfortunately there was no representation on that date.
