ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to promote him as Radiology Assistant taking into account of his qualification and seniority.

2.It appears that the petitioner has already made a representation on 30.12.2013 seeking for such promotion. Therefore, it is for the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and decide the same on merits. This Court is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner as of now.

3.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of only with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.12.2013 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
